Well. . .No not all red heads have green eyes, some have blue or even brown eyes, but alas I'm. . er. . .not a quite a true red head excempt in my heart. My red hair is about as true as Lucile Balls hair color, which is to say not at all.
I have one green eye?

I may be wrong (I usually am) but somehow I was under the impression that most (if not all) natural redheads had green eyes.
I am, or rather was, a redhead (what's left is mostly greying) and I have hazel eyes, which is just another way of saying green as far as I can tell.
