Lady Jan's daughter is pinch proof!

Posted by Picasa My daughter and I worked on her outfit for today so she'd be pinch proof!
She's wearing my green sweater, and the clips in her hair were originally pony tail holder.
But I clipped off the rubber band and my daughter glue gunned then onto some hair barrettes.
She also wore three of my pins that have saying like "100% Irish," "life too short not to be Irish," and another where as the line of mugs gets emptied the the "100% Irish" words get blurrier and blurrier.
It worked she didn't get pinched, but she did get to pinch about five of her fellow students.

The younger girls' school has instituted a no pinching rule so Rochelle wore green, Rebecca didn't. Elcie did. I don't know if Rivera Middle School allows pinching or not.

Corned beef and cabbage came out fine but I managed to almost overcook the taters. Oh well. I took a nap and forgot them. Everything else was safely in the crockpot.

San Francisco tomorrow. I'm going to try for an early night.

Hi Ann,

Well you know how kids are, when the teacher aren't looking--pinch!

I'm glad the corn beef hash is okay. I didn't buy any canned like I thought I would, just left over pizza.

Hi Sarah,

Yeah, Irish and proud of it! I'm also English, Scot, German, Black Dutch(what ever that is), and going back through the women in my family I'm decendent from Cherokee Indian who married a French trapper.

Happy st. Paddy's day!
From your Lady Jan~
