Honest Heart Wednesday




I got this award from Merle, thank you Merle for believing in my honesty which I value highly.
.
I'm suppose to name five honest things about myself:
  1. I'm a terrible liar so I don't lie.
  2. I'm blunt. I always tell the truth even if it hurts the other person. Of course it doesn't always go over well, but since I'm older I am learning tact and than means some times I don't say so much when I don't like something, lol.
  3. I'm not a natural red head, it's Feria No. 74 copper red.
  4. I'm overweight, but I'm say by how much because even I don't know, I refuse to step on the scales.
  5. I have a learning disability and English was my worst subject in school. Yet today I proudly proclaiming myself to be a writer, because I want you all to know that with due diligence you can over come almost any obstacle. I know because I have.
I pass this award on to Gledwood for his honesty in posting about his drug addiction. It's hard for me to read his post some times because of his candor, but I think that he needs to be commended for his posts about such a painful subject and his continued efforts to go clean.
Way to go Gledwood, keep up the hard work.

Dear Janice ~~ I enjoyed reading your Honest things about yourself and No 5 was a surprise.
Very well done in overcoming a learning difficulty
to become a write with some success. I sent one to Gledwood also, and he was thinking about the 10 things, so I told him not to worry about it.

Hi Merle,

Thank you for the award. Yes I have a learning problem and I have to really work on it, but I feel like I'm finally beating it. :-)

So you awarded Gled one too? He certainly deserves it, it can't be easy fighting his adiction and posting it for all to see. I hope he posts his award soon, I like to see what his list says.

SO there's ten honest things to post? I thought it was five?

Hey Gled if your reading this go ahead and just post five things, that's what I did and its easier then ten.

As for my leaky propane tank; It's fixed now and he gave us one hundred gals. of propane so hopefully that'll last till the end of winter.

Here's hoping.

Thanks for the award... I'm going to have to think HONESTLY now aren't I... lemme go round the supermarket and see what comes up while I get some cold roast chicken. It will be something to post tonight at the very least ;->...
