This little turkey went to the winery where it got all eat up!
.
(Lady Jan's cooking tip;
I always cook my turkey in a baking bag--with a little water inside of the bird, a salt and olive oil rub down. Follow the direction of pounds per hour and it so tender it falls apart)
.
The bad thing about cooking for the gang where my husband works is--all I get out of it is the smell! And nary a piece of a succlent bird to be had for me!
Eh, I shall need a slice of cheese with my wine!
.
But two day from now on 11-23-06
That's Thanksgiving here in the states!
I shall be eating a turkey leg!
By Golly!

Happy Thanksgiving! We did ours a month ago up here.
Glad I'm not the only one who uses the turkey bag. I spent years standing over the oven basting. No more!!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Hi Dave,
Christmas will probably be at my place again.
Hi Gazza,
I think that if I sent you one, that it wouldn't be fit to eat by the time it got to you.
Later Your Lady Jan~
