Short that are actually short and not down to men's knees might actually be coming back. On a trip to Fresno (CA), we saw a jogger wearing shorts that actually fit and showed his muscular legs.
My daughter took a long look at the jogger. I grinned at her. "Not often you actually see a man's legs, huh?"

Muscular legs is a beautiful sight, but short shorts – no! that’s horrible! But I guess history repeats itself, wasn’t it modern in the 80’s? I’m afraid I would laugh if I saw guy like that:-)Sorry guys :-)

Yes, the jogger's shorts were like the ones they wore in the eighties, but the guy had very nice legs. :)
